Omaha Spray Foam was founded in January 2017 by father-and-son team Tim and Brandon Lowndes. Our very first job started the same week Brandon married his wife, Kaitlyn — and from day one, this company has been built on faith, family, and hard work.
With backgrounds in construction, we saw a clear need in Omaha for a reliable, detail-focused insulation contractor. Too many homeowners were dealing with comfort issues, moisture problems, and rising energy bills — often because insulation and ventilation weren’t installed correctly. We knew we could do better.
What started as a small operation quickly grew into a trusted local insulation company serving homeowners and builders across the Omaha and surrounding areas.
Brandon and Kaitlyn are raising a big family, five kids! So family drives everything we do. We understand that your home isn’t just a structure. It’s where your family lives, sleeps, grows, and gathers. That perspective shapes how we treat every project.
